two days before holidays starts. assignments are pilling up for holidays, and here we are before we get our minds set for assignment holiday. Was having lunch with them at the RMS diner, they're the best mates in college that you could ever ask for.
this week i learned that anything that you didn't expect to happen can always happen, by the time i finally bonded with my classmate which is marine dp1 C, i found out that my name was never listed on their class's list. They've mistaken me with some other girl who rejected taking MKJB. well, i am asked to move to marine dp1 B. My name always have been listed there, so by Saturday i am in officially marine dp1 B class. from left to right. shidah, me, elsa, syirah, fayy and dayah. They are beyond everything, for only days knowing them you can sense that they are just amazing people. You don't have to try to fit in, they treat people equal. They don't leave anyone behind, they're not selfish. you can never get enough of them, you will laugh your heart out cause to be honestly, we people joke around almost about everything, anytime and anywhere. yes, even when we're eating or studying. going to miss them, although we are still in the same department...
It was about 4 days ago, the rain just keep pouring. It has rain non-stop, the whole Kuala Belait was unexpectedly flooded. Walking around the school took me by surprise of how the water almost reach half of our boots, it was mildly deep. But we were luck it wasn't as deep as it is in Tutong. The flood clearly is a hard thing for us to go through, some of us wear sandals and slippers going to school and home from school. It was depressing yet fun but then again, scary to think of it. Luckily, some part of Mkjb didn't get flooded especially the new Marine building. On that day as well, there were not much of a class, teachers were quite busy handling things and so does some of the students who are managing about the new intake, Ntech and Hntech I think. We were packed with homeworks and assignments, but that's just how college life is. To succeed you have to go through the rough paths and then, move on to the easier ones.
We mkjb-ians are ask to participate in celebrating Brunei's kemerdekaan this year, each department of the school's courses needed 13 people from each class. Since my class is exactly 13 people boys and girls so, we are all participating. We do human leds and we do marching, not marching bands just like army marching. We went through the heat of the sun each and everyday of the practice days, we have to memorized steps for the performance and not to forget, we had to wake up so early to get to Bandar everyday to get there in time. Nonetheless, it was a marvelous memorable day. The show was exquisite and the people around is just so friendly. Thanks to the coaches that has been teaching us and Thank you to the coprals for teaching us how to march like fine-well soldiers. We had so much fun!
